Welcome to the Hyobin Yoo research group at Sogang University.
Our group seeks to elucidate the behavior of quantum low-dimensional materials and understand the underlying materials and device physics. This research entails combining modern semiconductor nanodevice fabrication techniques with the state-of-the-art atomic resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
