Infrastructure and Venue Requirements
Internet and network
- Dedicated bandwidth: minimum 150–300 Mbps up/down for a 20-person class. Aim for ≥5 Mbps per participant as headroom.
- Stability: packet loss <1%, latency <70 ms to major clouds (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Telegram, Meta, Discord, Twilio).
- Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi 6 or 6E on 5 GHz as the primary band. Signal ≥-65 dBm at every seat. At least 1 AP per 25 users.
- LAN fallback: provide at least 4 wired Ethernet ports at the trainer table and 1 spare at the back of the room. Keep a small 8-port gigabit switch available. (optional)
Power and seating
- Every participant MUST bring a laptop.
- Power at every seat
- Extension leads: surge-protected, tape down all floor runs.
Display and AV
- Primary display:
- Projector: 1080p minimum, ≥4,000 lumens for lit rooms, 120″ screen or larger
- or Large LED display: 86″+ at 4K with OS scaling at 150%
- Preferred: dual projectors or projector + 65″ confidence monitor so the back row can read UI text.
- Cabling: HDMI to the front and back of room, plus USB-C → HDMI and DisplayPort → HDMI adapters.
- Audio: small PA or room speakers for notification sounds and short video clips.
