Vision & Problem

Q: What’s Lyfskills in one line?

A managed activities platform for gated communities that connects parents, partners (coaches/teachers), and venues into one operating system—discovery → booking → payments → progress → venue monetization.

Q: What problem are you solving?

Fragmented experience for parents, broken ops/payments for coaches, and zero-visibility monetization for community venues. We unify the three, standardize experience, and unlock recurring revenue for all sides.

Market & Why Now

Q: How big is the market?

Large and under-organized: gated societies across top cities with high willingness to pay for convenience, wellness, and kids’ development. We anchor the opportunity at ~150k societies and a multi-billion-dollar spend across sports/extracurricular/wellness.

Q: What’s different now?

Rapid growth of large societies, post-pandemic preference for hyperlocal convenience, and maturing digital payments/ops rails inside communities (visitor apps, access, etc.).

Product & Business Model

Q: What exactly do you provide each stakeholder?

Q: How do you make money?

Two engines:

  1. Managed services (today): Subscription revenue per child and curated partner sessions (coach payouts standardized), plus society revenue-share where applicable.
  2. Software (tomorrow): SaaS modules for partners/venues (lightweight OS) layered on top of the consumer front end.
