1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Luvo AI (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), developed by Dmitry Cherviakov. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luvo AI mobile application, which provides AI-driven relationship guidance and personal growth tools. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at privacy@luvo.ai). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to terminate this license and your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from uploading or sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at privacy@luvo.ai.

You are responsible for any third-party data (e.g., information about a partner) you input into the App and must ensure it complies with applicable privacy laws.
