He has spent over a decade advancing privacy advocacy, building open-source tools, and serving vulnerable groups such as children, women, and veterans. Under his leadership, the Plunk Foundation helps millions protect their personal data and navigate online risks.

Darren Baldwin is a software engineer, entrepreneur, and the CTO/co-founder of Tembo. a venture-backed company building an AI-driven platform for engineering teams. He specializes in fullstack web development, open-source software, and infrastructure tools, and has been recognized among Cincinnati’s notable innovators under 25. Baldwin actively contributes to the startup and tech community, building developer tools with Rust, Typescript, and Python, and advises early-stage companies.

Chris Carper is the Director of Customer Success at Microsoft, leading teams that help enterprise clients transform their businesses with cloud, data, and AI solutions. With over 30 years of experience, Carper guides organizations to harness the full value of Microsoft Azure, Copilot, and AI-driven technologies for improved productivity and innovation. He is also a frequent keynote speaker and advocate for ethical and responsible AI implementation in enterprise environments.

Jon Salisbury is the CEO and Co-Founder of Nexigen, a company specializing in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and AI technologies. He is also the Co-Founder of Cincy AI Week, the largest dedicated AI conference in the Midwest. He serves on several boards, including the Plunk Foundation and Cincinnati AI Catalyst, and is known for his focus on client relationships, talent development, and driving impactful tech solutions.

Vinaya Sivakumar is a social entrepreneur and community mobilizer known for her work addressing the youth digital addiction crisis. She is the founder of Heads Up, a social movement uniting over 50 high schools nationwide against digital addiction, and president of the Berkeley AI Safety Initiative. Vinaya has been recognized as a Coca-Cola Scholar and Obama-Chesky Scholar and is attending the University of California, Berkeley as a Regents' and Chancellor Scholar.
