Luna Park brings remote and hybrid teams together through unique game experiences designed for the workplace.

Remote and hybrid teams are desperate for better ways to connect. Without the water cooler, snack area, and other incidental opportunities for interaction, remote teams risk siloing, decreased sense of belonging, and ultimately attrition. We understand the pain of this problem well as half of the Luna Park team is remote.

Video games are the best way on the planet to stay connected virtually - immersive, collaborative, and the ideal excuse to socialize regularly. However, video games and work life are like oil and water today. We aim to change that attitude in much the same way Google changed our perspective on having a ping pong table in the office.

The mission for Luna Park is to close the quality between online and offline experiences with the people you care about - friends, family, and colleagues. While we’ve chosen to focus on colleagues at the outset we know the pain of not being able to meaningfully connect online isn’t limited to this group.
