1. PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Ocean Dusk Technology ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the LuminaMove mobile application (the "App").
1.1 Information Collection
- User-Provided Content: We collect photos and videos that you specifically select and upload to the App for AI processing.
- Identifiers (Device ID): We collect unique device identifiers (such as IDFA and IDFV) for advertising, marketing, and analytics purposes.
- Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect device model, OS version, and app interaction patterns to improve performance.
- Diagnostics: We collect crash logs to fix technical issues and improve stability.
1.2 Face Data Policy (Sensitive Information)
In compliance with Apple Guideline 5.1.1, we provide the following mandatory disclosures regarding facial information:
- What Face Data We Collect: Our AI detects facial landmarks and features. This is processed as "Sensitive Info."
- Purpose & Storage: Used solely for AI aesthetic analysis and image transformations.
- Retention Period: Automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours.
- No Identification: We do not use face data to uniquely identify or authenticate any individual user.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose face data to any third parties, including advertisers.
1.3 Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
We use device identifiers (IDFA) to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for targeted advertising and analytics.
- Opt-Out: You can manage or revoke tracking permissions at any time via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt or system settings.
