2. HealthKit & Health Data Lumina integrates with Apple's HealthKit to write "Mindful Minutes" to the Health app when you complete a meditation session.

• We do not sell your health data.
• We do not use your health data for advertising.
• On-Device Processing: Your health data is processed locally on your device. We do not store your HealthKit data on our external servers.

3. Data Collection and Storage Lumina uses iCloud to sync your progress (streaks, total minutes, and onboarding status) across your devices.

• iCloud Sync: Your data is stored in your private iCloud container. We (the developers) do not have access to this data; it is encrypted by Apple and accessible only by you.
• Local Storage: Some preferences (like haptics and settings) are stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions & Payments All payments and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store.

• We do not process or store your credit card information.
• We do not have access to your billing details.
• Transaction history is handled anonymously via StoreKit to verify your "Pro" status.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple iCloud: Used for data synchronization between your Apple devices.

6. Your Rights You may delete your local app data at any time by using the "Reset Data" button in the Settings menu of the app. To cancel a subscription, you must use the Apple ID settings on your device, as we do not have the ability to cancel it for you.
