We are seeking a full-time Low-code Developer with strong technical acumen and a highly detail-oriented approach to data, logic, and system design. This role is responsible for architecting and developing applications that streamline business processes while supporting ongoing operational needs.

The ideal candidate combines low-code expertise with strong data instincts and the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into structured, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective software solutions
• Design and maintain robust, scalable data models to support accurate and efficient business operations
• Build and enhance applications using QuickBase and modern low-code development practices
• Translate complex business workflows into intuitive, reliable system processes and user experiences
• Take ownership of maintaining and improving existing applications, ensuring they continue to meet evolving business needs
• Support day-to-day system usage, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Carefully plan, test, and implement changes to workflows and applications to ensure stability and reliability
• Document workflows, logic, and system structure to support long-term maintainability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in low-code development, with strong proficiency in QuickBase or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, workflow design, and system logic
• Proven ability to translate business processes into efficient and intuitive applications
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to building and maintaining systems
• Experience supporting and enhancing live applications in a business environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and accuracy
