These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the User”) and the Provider concerning your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms also constitute the end-user license agreement (EULA) required by Apple Inc. for apps distributed through the App Store.
Loqaly is an iOS application that runs language models on your device to provide an AI chat assistant that works without an internet connection. Core features include:
The Provider may add, change, or remove features in future releases.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are in the European Economic Area, you must be at least 16, or such lower age (between 13 and 16) as your country has set under Article 8 GDPR. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Subject to these Terms, the Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
