What is Looped?

Looped lets product/design ICs, Managers, and Teams aggregate and distill decisions from conversations and updates that are spread all the tools they're using.

Problem

Trying to communicate working with more productivity tools than ever (dozens), teams waste time:

TLDR; Work in one tool or conversation does not sync to other tools and conversations, wasting time and losing valuable information into knowledge silos.

Solution

Looped gives teams a single place to log decisions and updates from any tool, where any stakeholder can come in and view the decisions and status of projects that are relevant to them. Rather than requiring manual copy-pasting, dedicating time to "grooming" documentation, you can add any conversation or update directly from the tool (Slack, Figma, Jira, etc.) and have it synced by default across your tools.

This saves teams time from searching and arguing about decisions ("who said what when? where?"), streamlines the path from conversation→decision→progress, and pays dividends by lowering the barrier to building useful documentation across the org. By saving time across a team's SaaS stack usage, it's both economical and delightful.

Market

The designer:developer ratio has gone from 5:100 to 5:50 (doubled) in the past 3 years (link).

Everyone on a team contributes to design decisions -- design decisions eat into everyone's day-to-day. Decisions are made across tools, meetings, and conversations. More designers means more decisions, which means more chaos, and more need to structure that chaos.

Average company works across dozens of apps (+50% SaaS spend and +30% # of SaaS tools since 2018). Teammates get notifications, comments, tasks, and more across all of them.

The current productivity software TAM is roughly $50 billion in the US alone. (link)

Looped is the glue between productivity tools, not just another place to silo data.

Competitive Advantage

We're not trying to compete with the incumbent document-based platforms and live chat apps.
