The MSIT, Janakpuri venue will be transformed into a dynamic cyberpunk-neon innovation hub. The main auditorium will serve as the opening/closing ceremony and main presentation area, equipped with a large screen, powerful projector, and sound system. Surrounding labs and classrooms will be designated as hacking zones, each accommodating 30-50 students with ample power outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. Breakout zones with bean bags and small tables will be set up for informal discussions and relaxation. A dedicated mentorship zone will facilitate 1:1 sessions with experts. Catering will be centralized in a cafeteria area, providing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and continuous beverage service. Midnight snacks (e.g., instant noodles, coffee, energy drinks, sandwiches, fruits) will be delivered directly to hacking zones during late-night coding sessions on Day 1 and Day 2.
