The main campus quad will be transformed into a festival ground. A central stage will be erected for performances and DJ. Food trucks and beverage stations will line one side of the quad. Seating areas with picnic tables and bean bags will be scattered throughout for relaxation. A dedicated "Fun Zone" with interactive games and a branded photo booth will be set up. Entry/exit points will have clear signage and registration desks. Emergency exits and first-aid station are clearly marked.
