The hackathon will occupy multiple halls and common areas within MSIT, Janakpuri, ensuring ample space for 150+ students. The main hacking area will be set up in the largest auditorium or a dedicated lab block, featuring long tables with ample power outlets and strong Wi-Fi access. This area will also host a large central screen for announcements and live updates. Breakout rooms or smaller labs will be designated for workshops and focused mentorship sessions. A separate 'Quiet Zone' will be established for participants needing a brief rest or focused work. The main stage area will be reserved for opening/closing ceremonies, keynote speeches, and the final judging rounds, equipped with high-quality AV. Catering will be served in a designated cafeteria or an open-air common area, providing buffet-style meals. Midnight snacks (e.g., coffee, tea, energy drinks, sandwiches, biscuits, fruits) will be distributed from a central point in the main hacking area at designated times to keep participants energized. Clear signage will guide participants to different zones (registration, hacking, workshops, catering, restrooms, first aid).
