The hackathon will utilize a large open hall or a combination of multiple interconnected labs within MSIT. The layout will be optimized for collaboration, comfort, and technical support. A clearly marked Registration Desk will be at the main entrance, staffed by volunteers. Hacking Zones will feature large tables and chairs arranged in clusters, each with ample power outlets, designed to encourage teamwork. Designated quiet zones will be available for focused work. A Mentor Station will be centrally located for easy access, with a small whiteboard for 'office hours'. The Presentation Area will include a stage with a projector, large screen, and sound system for opening, closing, and final pitches. A Relaxation/Chill-out Zone with bean bags, floor cushions, and low lighting will be provided for breaks and quick naps. A dedicated Food & Beverage Station will be set up away from sensitive equipment, ensuring easy access to catering. A Technical Support Desk will be placed near the main hacking zone for immediate IT assistance. All Emergency Exits will be clearly marked and unobstructed.
