Venue Setup

The MSIT, Janakpuri venue will be transformed into a dynamic innovation hub. The main auditorium will serve as the central stage for opening/closing ceremonies, keynote speeches, and the 'Securing NVIDIA GPU Credits for Startups' panel. Adjacent labs and classrooms will be designated as hacking zones, equipped with ample power outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to shared GPU resources. A dedicated mentorship zone will feature small tables for 1:1 expert sessions. A separate dining area will be set up for meals and snacks, including a late-night counter for midnight refreshments. Rest zones with bean bags and comfortable seating will be available for participants to relax. Signage in Cyberpunk Neon style will guide participants through different areas. Registration desk at the entrance, help desks in hacking zones, and first aid station will be clearly marked. Final judging will occur in designated presentation rooms, with a live stream to the main auditorium for public viewing of finalists.
