The MSIT, Janakpuri venue will be transformed into a dynamic hackathon hub. The main auditorium will serve as the opening/closing ceremony and panel discussion area, equipped with a large screen, projector, and professional sound system. Adjacent computer labs will be designated as primary hacking zones, providing ample desk space, power outlets, and network access. These labs will be configured to allow for team collaboration. Additional common areas and classrooms will be utilized for 1:1 mentorship sessions, breakout discussions, and quiet zones. A dedicated registration desk will be set up at the entrance. Catering will be managed in a designated cafeteria area, with snack and beverage stations strategically placed throughout the hacking zones. Signage will be prominent for navigation. Sleeping arrangements (mats/beanbags) will be provided in a designated, supervised quiet zone for participants to rest.
