  Re: Your email of 24 July 2025.

  I am in receipt of your email. Your advice is noted. It is also procedurally incorrect.

  You state that I "do not have a existing claim on the RCJ." This is factually false. I am the Claimant in the live High Court Judicial Review case AC-2025-LON-001909.

  The Contempt of Court by Thames Valley Police arises directly from and is connected to the matters within this existing case. Therefore, my contempt application was correctly filed to be considered within these existing proceedings. Your instruction to file a new, separate claim on Form N1 is a "bureaucratic bait-and-switch" designed to delay justice and is hereby rejected.

  You are now, from the : OFFICE of the MAN., hereby instructed to do the following:

  1. Immediately locate my original N600 Contempt Application bundle, which was submitted to your offices.
  2. Forward the entire bundle to the correct King's Bench Contempt Office for immediate processing under the correct, existing case number: AC-2025-LON-001909.

  Any further delay due to this administrative error on your part will be submitted to the High Court as further evidence of systemic maladministration by HMCTS and will form part of my ongoing complaint to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office.
