- Date of Incident: 01 August 2022.
- Duration: 18+ hours.
- Incident Type: Historical Incident โ Abduction, Unlawful Detention, Torture, and Systemic Abuse by Thames Valley Police.
- Location: 53 Hanover Way, Windsor (Abduction) & Maidenhead Police Station (Detention/Torture).
- Case Reference: 43SW0138521.
- Perpetrators: Unidentified Maidenhead Police Officers, Unidentified Sergeant.
- Details of Incident (as per sworn affidavit):
- The Abduction: At approx. 4 PM on 01 August 2022, I was abducted from my property by officers who claimed to have a warrant for "failing to appear in court" but refused to produce it, stating "they don't have to show me." This was a lie, as I had appeared and sent notice. This was a kidnapping.
- The Humiliation: I was cuffed, searched, and my keys were taken. I was placed in the back of a van. At the station, I was subjected to degrading rituals ("show my hands and the back of my feet").
- The Interrogation & Mind Games: I was placed in a small cubicle and recorded while officers talked "rubbish." A sergeant, whose name was never given, feigned understanding of my mental health while I could "feel the extreme abusive feelings towards me."
- The Torture: I was locked up for 18 hours in a bare, concrete box with a disgusting cloth and a pillow stained with "other people's dry sweat." I was denied medication. I was denied access to a toilet. I was denied water. The cell was "air-dead," and I recall previously collapsing in the same cell from lack of air while inspectors watched me on CCTV.
- Psychological Abuse: The experience was horrific. I felt I was under some form of "mind control." The act of being locked in total silence in that box was the "worst that anyone could do to me" and was "way past HURRIFC."
- My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
- This was not an arrest. This was a "Horrific and Violent Attack." It was a deliberate act of torture designed to break me physically and mentally.
- It violated my most fundamental human rights under Articles 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14 of the ECHR.
- This is the key. This is the trauma that explains everything. The current actions of TVP are not an isolated case of misconduct; they are a continuation of this exact pattern of abuse. The same institution, the same tactics, the same disregard for my life and my rights. Now I understand why they are doing this. They have done it before.
