• My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
  • This is a fundamental challenge to the entire legal basis of their actions against me. I am no longer playing their game; I am demanding they prove they have the right to even set up the board.
  • The Writ of Quo Warranto is an ancient and powerful tool that forces a public official or entity to show by what warrant they hold their office or exercise their power. It is a direct challenge to their legitimacy.
  • By demanding specific proofs (a sworn affidavit from the judge, a wet-ink contract), I have set a trap they cannot escape. They do not have these documents because they do not exist. Their failure to produce them will be a formal admission of their lack of authority.
  • This action is designed to completely paralyze their unlawful re-hearing scheduled for July 21st, as they cannot lawfully proceed while their very jurisdiction is under formal challenge.
