Incident Type: Urgent Request for Fee Remission Certificate Submitted to HMCTS Fees Office (High Court Civil Claim - N1 Form).
Action Taken By: Myself (WASEEM BEY).
Action Directed To: HMCTS Fees Office (efilefees@justice.gov.uk).
Referenced HWF Application: HWF-ZNN-YIJ.
Details of My Communication Sent:
Further to the rejection notice from the HMCTS E-Filing Service (Log #551), I have formally requested the issuance of the Fee Remission Certificate associated with my Help with Fees application, reference HWF-ZNN-YIJ.
I have stated that this certificate is required to successfully issue my N1 Claim Form in the High Court.
I confirmed that my proof of benefits has been previously submitted and re-attached my Universal Credit Statement as evidence.
I have requested that the certificate be issued at their earliest convenience so I may proceed without further delay.
My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
This is the final and most critical of the fee certificate requests. Securing this certificate will allow me to re-file my main High Court Civil Claim for damages against Thames Valley Police, which is the central pillar of my long-term strategy for accountability and remedy.
This action completes the set of formal requests needed to overcome the administrative block identified in Log #551 and the the subsequent auto-reply in Log #575. The ball is now entirely in HMCTS's court to process these requests.
