- My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
- My purpose was to formally commence a substantial civil claim for damages in the High Court against the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police, holding him vicariously liable for the numerous serious torts and human rights violations committed by his officers.
- This legal action seeks significant financial compensation for the harm, distress, and losses I have suffered. The "continuing damages" clause is intended to account for the ongoing nature of the harm.
