Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
These Terms and Conditions become effective when the member or personal location information subject who applied for the service agrees to these terms and conditions and registers as a user of the service according to the prescribed procedure set by the company.
When a member clicks the "Agree" button of these terms and conditions online, it is deemed that they have read and fully understood the contents of these terms and conditions, and have agreed to its application.
The company will post the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the service so that members can easily understand it or announce it in other ways.
The Company amended these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Protection and Use of Location Information Act, the Content Industry Promotion Act, the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Consumer Basic Act, and the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. If the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, the existing Terms and Conditions, the date of application of the revised terms and conditions, and the reason for the amendment shall be specified and announced along with the current Terms and Conditions for a considerable period from 7 days before the effective date. However, if the revised content is unfavorable to the member, it will be notified by posting it on the service homepage from 30 days before the application date to a considerable period after the application date or by sending the member an electronic form (e-mail, SMS, etc.) of the revision.

Article 3 (application of related laws)
For matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Location Information Act”), the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Act on Promotion and Protection of Information and Communication Network Utilization (hereinafter referred to as the “Information and Communication Network Act”) ), Personal Information Protection Act, etc.
Article 4 (subscription qualification)
Those who can subscribe to the service are the owners of mobile phone terminals that can use location-based services and terminals that can use other services (hereinafter referred to as "terminals").
Article 5 (subscription of service)
When the member agrees to these terms and conditions set by the company and the company accepts it, the service subscription becomes effective.
The company may not approve the following membership application.
In case of false application such as not the person himself or using another person's name
When applying for membership registration by omission or incorrect entry
In case of application for the purpose of hindering or hindering public order or morals
In case the use application requirements set by other companies are not satisfied
Article 6 (termination of service)
If a member wishes to terminate the use of the service, the member may apply for termination of the service through a procedure set by the company (notified through the service homepage, etc.), and the company will promptly process it in accordance with the laws and regulations.
