What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all offline activities in the local market (events, activations, promotions).
- Coordinate local brand ambassadors and influencers.
- Negotiate and maintain partnerships with venues, promoters, organizers, and market players.
- Plan and execute marketing events from A to Z.
- Develop and manage budgets for local activation campaigns.
- Collect market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Ensure strong brand visibility across the region.
- Report performance results and propose growth initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’re fluent in Spanish (B2+), with English (B1) and Russian (A2–B1).
- You’re based in (Chile / Peru / Argentina) and understand the local market.
- You have experience working as an Influence/Project/Event Manager.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, and know how to build relationships.
- You’re curious, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
