RociFi V2 allows to monitor status of your loans and be notified when loans are due.

A Loan Summary box

This is a revolving carousel of cards. Each card is a single loan.

The loans with the most recent repayment date are displayed first (e.g. 24/20/2022 < 25/20/2022). This allow for loans with maturity dates in the past (assuming they are still open) to be presented first.

Loan Statuses on the Dashboard

Status front end Description
Active Newly created, initial stage of any loan. No repayments yet.
Partially paid Current date < loan maturity date AND a partial payment has been made.
Expecting repayment This means either of:

A) Loan has reached grace period time. It has been either partially repaid or not repaid at all.

B) Loan has been liquidated, however, since value of collateral at the point of liquidation is smaller than loan principal plus interest, the borrower still owes some money to RociFi. | | Fully repaid | The full amount of loan’s principal and interest have been repaid by borrower directly. | | Liquidated | The full amount of loan’s principal and interest have been repaid by liquidating loan’s collateral where collateral value at the point of liquidation has exceeded total owed principal plus interest amount. |
