Objective

Recover the missing living wiki, verify whether the original scaffold still existed, and if it did, rebuild it from the live SAIL Knowledge Base with rollback-safe Git and deployment checkpoints.

What was accomplished

• Confirmed Repos/sail-knowledge could be recovered by cloning samaguiar1982-cpu/Notion-wiki and found a real existing codebase rather than an empty repo.
• Patched the local refresh path so the repo accepts the current local Notion credential naming (NOTION_API_KEY or NOTION_TOKEN) and cleans stale raw markdown files after ingest.
• Ran the full live ingest against the SAIL Knowledge Base and refreshed the raw mirror to 697 pages.
• Re-ran collision cleanup for 16 duplicate-filename entries.
• Rebuilt the structural wiki, repaired concept backlink drift, refreshed the dashboard, and updated stale repo docs (README.md, docs/automation.md, wiki/START-HERE.md, wiki/Dashboard.md).
• Added a local .gitignore for Python cache artifacts.
• Updated the root Projects metadata so Repos/sail-knowledge is now listed in FOLDER-INDEX.md and Repos/README.md.
• Committed and pushed the wiki work on branch agent/living-wiki-refresh-2026-04-24 and opened draft PR #1: https://github.com/samaguiar1982-cpu/Notion-wiki/pull/1

Verification

• python3 scripts/notion_ingest.py completed against live Notion: 697 pages written, 6 stale raw markdown files removed.
• python3 scripts/notion_fix_collisions.py re-fetched 16 collided entries.
• python3 scripts/wiki_compile.py rebuilt the wiki successfully.
• python3 scripts/fix_wiki_backlinks.py reduced broken backlinks to 0.
• python3 scripts/wiki_lint.py reported: 697 raw entries, 0 broken backlinks, 478 unreferenced raw entries, 66 entries with missing required metadata, 16 duplicate titles, 8 very short entries.
• python3 scripts/build_dashboard.py rebuilt dashboard/data.json and dashboard/index.html; dashboard total matches wiki stats at 697 entries.
