Executive Summary

We propose a complete restructuring and modernization of the Livepeer documentation to create an AI-first, stakeholder-focused, and future-proofed knowledge system. As long-time participants in the Livepeer builder ecosystem and committed “Livepeer maxis,” we understand the product, the community, and the technical foundations of transcoding and AI inference.

Our proposal directly addresses the challenges of Livepeer’s current documentation: complicated onboarding, outdated and duplicated content, poor integration across properties, and lack of AI-first structure. The outcome will be a single-source-of-truth documentation platform that simplifies stakeholder onboarding (developers, delegators, orchestrators, and gateway operators), cleanly separates AI vs. Transcoding workflows, integrates natural-language AI search, consolidates changelogs, and establishes a sustainable governance and contribution process.

We request $20,000 USD, broken into milestone-based payments tied to demos, with project completion by December 5th, 2025.
