Introducing bank transfer for European users πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί

You asked for it, so we built it.

We love feedback, and after speaking with our users across Europe, we have now added bank transfers as one of our payment methods for our users in the Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain, making it even easier to send money home.

We partnered with Banked, one of Europe's leading fintech companies, to integrate directly with our user's banks in Europe.

To get started, follow the steps below.

Sending money via bank transfer

Just follow these simple steps next time you make a payment.

  1. Hit 'Send', choose your recipient and enter the amount.
  2. When reviewing the details, hit 'Change' under 'Payment method'.
  3. Choose 'Bank Transfer' from the options, check the details and hit 'Continue'.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen and any prompts from Banked and your banking app.
