Objective

Add Austin Johnson and any other missing attorneys to the live website's intake email notifications, confirm whether Angie was already included, and verify how the Spanish forms are built and whether they route to Litify and email like the homepage.

What Changed

• Updated the live private WordPress intake config at wp-content/mu-plugins/sal-private/contact-intake-config-v2.php.
• Confirmed Angie/Angelica was already present as angelica@kylawoffice.com.
• Added the missing attorney recipients:

• Confirmed the checked Spanish pages embed [sal_homepage_intake], so they render the same shared custom intake form as the homepage and post to /wp-json/sal/v1/contact-intake.

Live Systems And Commands Touched

• WordPress on Cloudways: read and updated the private intake config under /home/1615235.cloudwaysapps.com/fctbkwwahp/public_html.
• Litify / Salesforce: live user/profile lookup to identify the intended attorney recipient set.
• Validation commands and checks:
  • PHP lint on the edited config passed.
  • Config readback confirmed Outlook Graph email, Litify webhook, Teams webhook, and Graph email config were all still configured.
  • Recipient count after change: 21.
  • A no-send honeypot REST POST to /wp-json/sal/v1/contact-intake returned success.
  • Matching no-send probe rows in wp_sal_contact_leads: 0.

Rollback State

• Backup files were created before the successful write:
  • wp-content/mu-plugins/sal-private/contact-intake-config-v2.php.bak-20260530-143013-add-attorney-recipients
  • wp-content/mu-plugins/sal-private/contact-intake-config-v2.php.bak-20260530-143034-add-attorney-recipients
• Rollback path: restore either backup over the current config and re-run PHP lint plus the no-send probe.
• The first write attempt failed because of shell quoting before the config changed; the second write succeeded.

How It Ended

The live config change was applied successfully and verified. Spanish form readback showed the inspected pages use the same shortcode-backed intake flow as the homepage, and the shared intake endpoint remained reachable without generating a real lead during QA.
