• Current local Codex automation inventory has no Litify stale-task automation in either visible store:

  • .codex/sqlite/codex-dev.db tables automations and automation_runs
• Working conclusion: d4714c09 is a stale or orphaned legacy handle, not a live mutable local Codex automation.

Litify State

• Pre-2025 stale-task cleanup lane is functionally complete.
• Remaining survivor: 00TUV00000Ldnl62AB — Bi-Weekly Status Call with Client — due 2026-05-12.
• That survivor should now be treated as workflow residue rather than stale-backlog automation residue.

Outside Scope Improvements

• A reusable local automation inventory report would make stale-handle mismatches much faster to prove.
• The 2025 Litify task canvass should become a scripted export instead of an ad hoc rebuild.
• Remote/cloud execution is still worth pursuing so this lane is not workstation-bound once auth is fixed.
• One unnecessary detour in this lane was continuing to assume d4714c09 was still writable after the local inventories were clean; future agents should check the TOML and SQLite stores earlier.
