Summary of work done

Live validated Litify marketing expense data in LITIFY_ORG for Jan-May 2026. Built a verified workbook at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Codex/outputs/litify-ytd-exception-review-2026-05-26/litify-ytd-exception-review-2026-05-26.xlsx.

Key findings:

• Current Monthly Marketing Spend rollup: $768,658.86.
• Current itemized Marketing Expense ledger: $920,583.24.
• Current ledger minus rollup: $151,924.38.
• Current unlinked Marketing Expense amount: $151,924.38 across 20 rows, which exactly explains the chart-source versus ledger difference.
• The original 10 exceptions were reviewed. Three are true rollup-gap rows: Reddit Ads ME-00274, Reddit Ads ME-00275, and UB Louisville ME-00327. Seven school sponsorship rows are linked to MMS-1273 and do not explain the total variance.
• Litify did have backfill today: 17 created-today April 2026 Marketing Expense rows totaling $144,074.00. All are reconciled, receipt attached, and still unlinked to Monthly Marketing Spend.
• ME-00327 was modified today and promoted to Reconciled with receipt attached, but it remains unlinked.
• Monthly Marketing Spend activity today was only one 2025-10 row, so no Jan-May 2026 chart-source rollup row changed today.

QA performed

• Queried live Salesforce/Litify with sf CLI against LITIFY_ORG.
• Recomputed rollup, ledger, linked ledger, unlinked ledger, and current gap totals from JSON exports.
• Rendered workbook previews for each tab.
• Imported the final workbook and inspected Summary, Original 10 Review, and Current Rollup Gap ranges.
• Formula/error scan matched 0 entries.
• No Salesforce update, delete, or upsert commands were run.

Reason for ending session

The requested review and backfill check were completed, the workbook was created, and Notion export was recorded. Follow-up remains pending only if Sam wants the rollup gap corrected in Litify.
