Active PTO work-comp treatment handoff found in this hygiene pass. The deployment is complete and verified, but the live QA smoke record remains an intentional follow-up decision. Verify LITIFY_ORG before removing, canceling, or relying on the smoke record.

Summary of work done

Deployed the approved Litify/Salesforce recommendation for workers compensation treatment absences on May 12, 2026. The Time Off Request flow now has a dedicated Workers' Compensation Treatment leave type. The accounting formulas and unscheduled PTO policy logic were updated so that this leave type does not reduce PTO, scheduled PTO, or unscheduled PTO totals.

Published two new Litify Knowledge Center records:
