Summary

Completed the live Salesforce/Litify MRI workflow change. When MRI Status is changed to Completed, staff now must select at least one MRI body location and choose a positive or negative MRI result.

What Was Accomplished

Created litify_pm__Matter__c.MRI_Location__c as a multi-select picklist with values: Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar, Shoulder, Knee, Wrist, Ankle, Other.

Created litify_pm__Matter__c.MRI_Result__c as a picklist with values: Positive, Negative.

Added both fields to the litify_pm__Matter__c-Take Action Release Layout Treatment section directly under MRI Status.

Added the new picklists to the Billable Matter and Non-Billable Matter record types.

Created active validation rule MRI_Completed_Details_Required. The rule blocks saving when MRI Status is newly set or changed to Completed unless MRI Location and MRI Result are filled. It also prevents clearing the MRI detail fields while MRI Status remains Completed. Existing older Completed matters are not blocked from unrelated edits.

Granted read/edit field-level access for active human Litify profiles, including System Administrator, Litify Intakes Agent, Litify Intakes Manager, Litify Paralegal/Case Manager, Litify Attorney, Litify Power User, Litify Standard User, Litify Legal Assistant, Litify Accounting User, Litify Marketing User, and Litify Partner (SAIL).
