Session Objective
Add the Attorney Hub client birthday outreach instructions to the Litify Knowledge Center. If no Client Service tab existed, identify the best placement or add one.
Work Completed
- Confirmed
LITIFY_ORG was connected before making any Litify decision.
- Confirmed the Litify Knowledge Center already has a Client Service area through the
SAIL_Knowledge_Center FlexiPage and existing Client Service Specialist role-center list views.
- Added a new published Knowledge Center SOP record:
SOP - Attorney Hub Client Birthday Outreach.
- Placed the SOP where the existing Client Service filters will show it:
Knowledge_Type__c = Guide / SOP, Topic__c = Role Centers, Audience__c = Everyone; Client Service Specialist; Case Manager; Attorney, Publish_Status__c = Published.
- Included instructions for using the Attorney Hub Client Birthdays section, reviewing the RingCentral birthday text draft, using email fallback, and using the existing deceased/date-of-death fields to prevent unsafe outreach.
QA Evidence
- Live Salesforce query confirmed
LITIFY_ORG connectivity.
- Duplicate birthday SOP search returned no existing Birthday or Client Birthday article before insert.
- Post-insert query confirmed record
a5mUV0000006WA5YAM has the expected title, published status, role-center topic, and audience values.
- Client Service list-view membership query returned the new SOP, confirming it fits the existing Client Service section filters.
- Body-content query confirmed the SOP includes the required terms:
Client Birthdays, Open birthday text draft, Refresh numbers, Deceased Client Data Entry, and No automatic SMS send.
Important Notes
- This was a live Litify
Knowledge__c data insert, not a source-code change. No repo source files were changed for this SOP.
- The SOP says the birthday text path opens a RingCentral draft only and does not auto-send.
- The SOP reminds staff to keep deceased-client data current using the existing deceased/date-of-death fields and not to rely only on matter notes.
Reason For Ending Session
The requested SOP is published in the correct Litify Knowledge Center area and verification passed.
