Session Overview
Sam requested three interactive HTML dashboards deployed to Render (litify-visualization-app.onrender.com) and accessible via URL. The dashboards pull from Litify/Salesforce export data and are served by a FastAPI app that auto-deploys from the samaguiar1982-cpu/litify-visualizations GitHub repo.
The three dashboards:
- Employee Productivity: attorney scorecards, intake agent conversion, caseload balance
- Communication Proficiency: case manager communication volume, stale case detection
- Referral Pipeline: 2024-present referral tracking with filtering and sorting
What Was Accomplished
Referral Pipeline Dashboard (live on Render)
- Rebuilt with 2024+ data filtering, 6 filter dropdowns (date from/to as select dropdowns, status, kind, case type, firm, reason)
- Sortable detail table with 1,812 referral records
- Case types resolved from Salesforce IDs to human-readable names
- KPIs: total referrals, net fee, inbound/outbound counts, avg fee
- Charts: monthly volume, status breakdown, top firms, revenue by case type, reasons, inbound vs outbound trend
Employee Productivity Dashboard (live on Render)
- Data rebuilt from
auto_dashboard.json (auto/wheels cases only)
- Proper exclusions: Sam Aguiar, Jeremy Prichard, Sara Collins, Miles Mussetter, Alyssia Higgs excluded from attorney metrics; ANohelty and unresolved Salesforce User IDs excluded from intake agents
- Intake scorecard includes: Total Intakes, Wanted, Signed, Lost, Turned Down, Referred Out, Conversion %
- Conversion = Signed / Wanted (not signed/total)
- Methodology boxes explain every calculated metric
- Sortable columns on all tables
