Objective

Prepare the next Lit Events step: safely clean old personal-calendar clutter after the new Lit Events calendar and routing test were verified.

Completed

A read-only inventory scanned all unique members of the *-lit routing groups for future personal-calendar items from April 25, 2026 through November 15, 2026. The inventory found 25,001 candidate old Pleadings/Litigation personal-calendar items across 31 mailboxes. Of those, 24,774 were from pleadings@kylawoffice.com, and 10,197 had an exact matching Lit Events replacement by subject, start, and end time. There were 0 inventory errors.

A cleanup mechanics test was also completed on a temporary Sam-only test item. Deleting the attendee's personal-calendar copy removed only the attendee copy, while the Lit Events source event remained intact. The temporary source event was then deleted and verified gone.

Approval Gate

No real personal-calendar clutter has been deleted yet. A Slack approval request was posted in channel D0ASWN69Q4F, thread timestamp 1777085786.223609. The requested approval phrase is APPROVE SAM PILOT CLEANUP.

Staged Pilot

The staged pilot is limited to Sam@kylawoffice.com, April 25 through May 16, 2026. It includes only old personal-calendar items that are from Pleadings, are not canceled, and have an exact matching Lit Events replacement. Count: 71 items.

Evidence

Rollback

The cleanup utility snapshots full event detail before deleting any approved event. If rollback is needed after the Sam pilot, run the utility's rollback mode against the delete log. Rollback recreates visible personal-calendar copies from the saved snapshots as personal events.

Next Pickup

Check the Slack thread for APPROVE SAM PILOT CLEANUP. If approved, run the Sam pilot cleanup script in delete mode, verify the 71 candidates are gone, post results back to Slack, and update this handoff/Notion. Do not clean any other mailbox until a separate approval is received.
