Do you do daily inspections?

The following is a list of points to look for during daily inspections of construction equipment.

※※　Never start the engine while it is being inspected or while the engine is being checked.

1. is anything leaking from the machine?

2.re the engine oil and coolant levels good?

※Never open the radiator cap when the engine is warm

3. is there any water or debris in the fuel-water separator?

4.is the air element clean?

5.Is the fan belt tension good?

6.Is the hydraulic fluid filled properly?

7.Is oil leaking from the hydraulic cylinder?　Are there any scratches?

8.Is the hose about to break?　Is the hose about to get caught anywhere?

9.Is it well greased?

10.Does the engine start well? Is the engine running well or is there a strange sound?

These are the 10 items listed above.　This is not all there is to it, so please read your machine's manual carefully to ensure safe operation!　Please be safe!
