Step 1 – Setup

• 1. Log into AWS console → EC2 → Launch Instance.
• 2. Choose Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
• 3. Instance type: t2.micro (Free tier).
• 4. Create/choose key pair → download .pem.
• 5. Security group → allow SSH (port 22).
• 6. Launch instance.

Step 2 – Connect

• chmod 400 mykey.pem
• ssh -i mykey.pem ubuntu@<Public-IP>
• 🎉 Now you’re inside the Linux server.

Step 3 – Practice Commands with Mini Project

• Project: Create a 'Company Workspace' on Linux
• We’ll simulate setting up a small company’s file system & monitor it.

Part A: File/Folder Setup

• pwd → confirm home directory.
