This is all sooo interesting, but the first question that pops into my head is how do you deal with burn out? Mentally, physically, and emotionally.

How did you find your path to getting there? Did you ever fall behind on any of your studies, and if yes how did you catch up? Also, do you have any major plans for the future or just taking it year by year?

My question is,

  1. how do you spend your day offs to nurture your creativity?
  2. How many hours do you sleep?
  3. Do you have protective gears when giving onco meds to your patients? (Because I have no idea if there's that for nurses, all I know is that we use gloves to dispense medicines). Thank you for sharing your story also, it is very inspiring.

What do you do to relax on a day off, or how do you even mentally/emotionally prepare for a long day ahead?
