Remote (NYC in-person optional) · Seed stage
About the Role
You’ll take a core role as part of a small, fast-moving team. You’d take ownership over parts of the Solana stack (Anchor / Pinocchio programs) and the backend exchange infrastructure (Rust).
You’ll work directly on:
- Solana programs that define the foundations of impact markets
- Backend infrastructure for orderbooks and market data
You’ll work closely with the cofounders [1, 2] with minimal process overhead. The team is mostly remote, with a NYC office available.
Responsibilities
- Implement Solana programs (Pinocchio / Anchor) for conditional markets and settlement logic
- Build backend systems in Rust: APIs, orderbook engine, and market data pipelines
- Focus on security and performance
- Contribute to early architectural decisions that shape the system
You may be a good fit if you:
- Are very comfortable writing Rust in production systems
- Have experience building on Solana (Anchor is a must; Pinocchio a plus)
- Have worked on latency-sensitive or correctness-critical infrastructure
- Are comfortable working in an environment with incomplete specifications
