About the Role
Cora is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive sign ups and engage our rapidly growing membership of interior design firms to conversion. In this newly-created role, you'll be tasked with leading all marketing efforts and will drive the overall vision for how we interact with our interior design users on a daily basis as they go through our conversion funnel. The ideal candidate has a track record in driving user engagement, purchasing, customer retention and loyalty.
This role will report directly to the Founder/CEO, and have the opportunity to shape and create product features and marketing initiatives, such as content creation, cross-promotions and product-driven acquisition ideas to drive down the cost of customer acquisition.
This position is remote from anywhere in the United States. When our office re-opens you are welcome in the Chicago-based office, if you desire.
What You'll Do
- Drive the strategy, development, and execution of all lifecycle marketing efforts in a sustainable manner that focuses on driving usage and loyalty
- Become an expert in the interior designer user journey, furnishings industry and competitive landscape to identify insights that inform marketing channel and communication strategies; in collaboration with the CEO, build relationships with key interior designers, businesses and partners in the industry
- Work closely with our CEO, Engineering, Accounts and Customer Success teams to brainstorm product-driven acquisition flywheels and influence the digital product and functionality that will best meet the needs of design firms in their journey
- Create, discover and collaborate with our extended team to produce content for social, SEO, cross-promotions and other channels
- Own Cora's marketing calendar and growth marketing plays across all channels, with an emphasis on organic channels. This includes: SEO, social, content, partnerships, email, in app, SMS, and more; collaborate with broader team to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of marketing efforts
- Build segmentation strategies, using data tools, to customize messaging to members based on key personas, behavioral data, and email engagement data to produce relevant, personalized, and real-time marketing programs
- Monitor performance of marketing programs, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies to improve journeys and campaigns, and execute and analyze A/B test plans
- Define and implement measurable KPIs for lifecycle programs in partnership with the broader teams, iterating and optimizing on an ongoing basis; drive team toward utilizing analytics to help drive team's decisions in spend, product and partnerships
