This section is to really figure out where you are at the moment in your own life. You may not have thought about it before, or you may have thought about it extensively but never written it down before. Treat this like the diary of your life, be open, honest, and transparent.

Step 2 - Who am I around just now

It's difficult to write about the people around you honestly but try your hardest here. You are made up of the 5 people that are closest to you. If you are surrounded with open-minded, positive people, you will likely be similar. If you are surrounded by close-minded, negative people, that may help explain why you feel worse than you should. Honesty is the best policy.
