Only the first row sees live traffic right now; the other two carry the new URL the moment those ad groups are re-enabled.

Why These 4 (and Not All)

Sam said "some of the lexington car accident ads." Scope was narrowed to ad groups whose intent is unambiguously car-accident: Car & Truck Accidents - Lexington, Car Accident - Lexington - English, Car Accident Lawyer (both RSAs).

Deliberately NOT touched: Motorcycle Accident Lawyer, Truck Accident Lawyer, Rideshare, Drunk Driver, Best & Top-Rated, Personal Injury Lawyer, LP Test - Motorcycle/Truck/PI Office. Those have their own LP intent.

Pending / Open Items

1. Ad 809549659338 disapproval: pre-existing PHONE_NUMBER_IN_AD_TEXT block on ad copy, unrelated to URL change but blocks any edit. Needs the phone number scrubbed from the ad text or a Policy Manager exception, then the URL swap can retry.
2. No LP Test - Lexington Car Accident ad group exists yet (pattern exists for Motorcycle, Truck, PI Office). A dedicated LP Test split would give cleaner A/B data between /lexington-car-accident-lawyer/ and /car-accident-attorneys-in-lexington/.
3. Performance monitoring: only ad 807607673208 is live. Watch CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead for 7-14 days vs prior baseline.
