1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zypsy Inc. d/b/a Levian ("Levian," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Levian platform (the "Services"), creating an account, uploading files, clicking "Generate Report," "Run Assessment," or any similar action, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

By clicking "Generate Report" or using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Levian's web-based services and applications
• Levian Models: Levian's proprietary AI-driven systems, workflows, prompts, scoring logic, and analytical frameworks, which may incorporate third-party artificial intelligence models and services.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, documentation, and Levian Models are the intellectual property of Levian or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Safeguard account credentials and access
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Avoid misuse, interference, or unauthorized access to the Services
