You agree not to use the Service to:• Upload, transmit, or store any data that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or LeveledSystems' systems or networks• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Service• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without express written permission• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious or harmful code into the Service• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without prior written authorization from Leveled SystemsViolation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without notice or refund.
Access to the Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance each month. Leveled Systems reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice. Failure to pay
may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for the data you upload, input, manage, or transmit through the Service(“Customer Data”), including any data relating to your customers, clients, or vendors. You represent and warrant that:• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and process Customer Data through the Service• Your Customer Data does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights• You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of all Customer DataLeveled Systems acts solely as a data processor on your behalf and assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, or legality of any Customer Data. You agree to promptly notifyLeveled Systems if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Customer Data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LEVELED SYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ANDNON-INFRINGEMENT. LEVELED SYSTEMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN,OBTAINED FROM LEVELED SYSTEMS OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
Leveled Systems takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed through the Service. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data; we do not sell or share it with third parties except as required to deliver the Service or comply with applicable law.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Leveled Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
