Project Overview:

Levelap is a platform mobile-based online course application to prepare digital talents in Indonesia by providing courses in Programming, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Product Management, and many more.

Problem Statement:

The demand for digital talent in Indonesia is increasing which is driven by the rapid development of digitalization in Indonesia, this makes ABC Company want to create applications that can be a place to learn for digital talents.

Qualitative Research

Conduct user interviews, with users to Find painful points when participants use similar Applications and Find out more about user behaviour/habits when using similar applications. And based on the responses here are the key insights presented below:

• Participants choose online courses because they want structured material
• Participants often lack the motivation to keep learning
