Raphaela is a medium-height young woman with dark brown hair completed with classic bangs. She originally has long, straight hair but due to her habit of braiding her hair, she is more often than not depicted as having long, wavy hair. Her eyes are dark brown with a tint of argamman purple and glint of pink light. Her skin is tanned with multiple beauty marks scattered all over her face and body, and she has a mysterious mark similar to a burn scar on her left arm. When she smiles, she has a dimple on her right cheek near her lips. She typically wears sleeveless outfit with different kinds of outer and flowing skirts. She often wears jewelries bearing a cross, either as a necklace or earrings. During her time as a medical team or studying medicine, she often wears white coat over her formal attire.
In the angels universe, as an angel, she originally has neither gender nor physical body as angels are beings of pure light and energy.
