• have early bird pricing so we can block reserve the facility/activity asap
• why no full week particiapants?
• don’t include accomodation in ticket. have participants figure it out on their own, and just have partner lodging. charge only for program fee (or coworking fee) and then tier it early bird / general
• don’t do any per-person-charged activity. just do it lump sum like MuShangHai and focus on the ops team effort to giving the best experience . minimize ops work aggressively
