The remedy for a superficial paper cut is soap and warm water. To mitigate the effects of a bruise, apply a cold compress. What if your stomach hurts?
Tums? Maybe, but what if it’s not indigestion? Are you sick? Did you eat something new? Are you allergic to anything? What if it’s not your stomach and it’s just in the general area of your abdomen? That changes things! Maybe it’s just cramps? Is it a sharp pain or pressure? Does it still hurt now? Was it upset earlier? Were you exercising? Are you abs sore? Have you felt like this another time recently?
Similar to how our body is comprised of many limbs, our life is comprised of many branches. Instead, we call them the 8 Pillars of Life and Wellness.
If your stomach is upset, it’s going to be difficult to engage your full capacity. Similarly, if you are drained or in any way lacking or unbalanced in one area or “Pillar” of your life, the others will surely be impacted.
