Time Price Opportunity (TPO)

A TPO profile uses letters/blocks, each marking a 30-min session.

Stacked letters show where price spent the most time — the wider the row, the longer the market stayed there.

Point of Control (POC)

The POC is the price level with the highest amount of time spent.

Why is the POC important in trading?

The POC often acts as a draw for price or as an area of significant interest, where buyers and sellers previously reached fair agreement for the fair value price.

VAH / VAL - Value Area High / Low

POC = busiest price

VAH = top of value zone

VAL = bottom of value zone
